 COLO was established by Mr. Li Yun, senior attorney, together with his colleagues, Mr. Zhou Guihua and Mr. Wu Qiang. All practitioners of COLO are both experts in law and experienced in practice with multi-academic degrees. Among them,
one is the Tutor of LL.D, ten have obtained the degree of LL.M, seventeen have obtained the degree of LL.B. Their law schools range from Sappro University in Japan to China University of Political Science & Law, Chinese People's University, Southwest University of Political Science & Law and Xi'an Foreign Languages University.
